Terms of Service

These terms cover this website and the conversation that follows if you book a call. The work itself is covered by a separate written agreement, which always wins over anything on this page.

Who runs this site

What we sell

ObaLab builds done-for-you sales systems: landing pages and funnels, marketing automations, CRM and lead routing, booking flows, email sequences, and the analytics that sit under them. It is delivered as a project, not as a subscription or a course.

Scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms are agreed in writing for each engagement before any work starts. Nothing on this site is an offer or a price list.

Booking a call commits you to nothing

A strategy session is a conversation. Booking one does not create a contract, does not reserve capacity, and does not oblige either of us to work together. Either side can reschedule or cancel. A contract exists only once we both sign one.

Results are not guaranteed

Any figures shown on this site — conversion multiples, percentage uplifts, screenshots, client quotes — are past results or industry benchmarks. They are not a guarantee, a projection, or a promise of what your business will do. Outcomes depend on your offer, your pricing, your traffic, your market and your follow-through, none of which we control.

What we need from you

Projects run on your input: copy, brand assets, access to your tools, and feedback inside the agreed windows. You confirm you have the rights to everything you send us. If input stalls, timelines move with it.

Who owns the work

Everything we build specifically for you — page designs, copy, automation workflows, configurations — becomes yours on full payment, and you are free to run it, change it, or hand it to another team.

Two carve-outs. We keep ownership of the reusable methods, templates and internal tooling we bring to the job, and grant you the licence you need to use them within your deliverables. Third-party software in your stack (your CRM, your email platform, your hosting) stays under its own licence, billed to you by its vendor. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.

The content, design and branding of this website belong to ObaLab and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-party services on this site

The booking page embeds Calendly, calls run on Google Meet, and the site is served by Cloudflare. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. What data each of them handles is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ObaLab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or lost opportunity — arising from this website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is capped and defined in that engagement’s agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update; a signed engagement is only changed by agreement between us.
